By the invitation of Panyu District Government, representative of European Buyers Council attended the Guangzhou South Railway Station Business District International Investment Promotion Event jointly organized by the Development and ReformCommission of Guangzhou Municipality, the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce, and the Panyu District Government.

       The officials of Panyu District made the theme recommendations. The Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau and the Municipal Development and Reform Commission introduced the planning of the surrounding area of Guangzhou South Railway Station and the industrial development planning of Guangzhou South Railway Station respectively.

      The Guangzhou South Railway Station Business District is located in the core area of the Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao Greater Bay Area urban agglomeration and the geographic center of the Guangzhou-Foshan metropolitan area. The planned total land area is 36 square kilometers. The business district is surrounded by Wanbo CBD, Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center, Guangzhou International Science and Technology Innovation City, Panyu Automobile Town, Chimelong International Tourism Resort, and Sanlong Bay's high-end innovation clusters. The core area of the business district is 4 square kilometers, which will give full play to the value of the hub and connect with high-end industrial resources in Guangdong, Hongkong and Macau.

         Guangzhou South Railway Station is positioned as the "Best Railway Station in the World", and it is the core hub of rail transit in the Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the most popular high-speed rail station in the world. In the last 10 years since its opening, the planning and positioning of Guangzhou South Railway Station has been rising. After nearly 10 years of accumulation, with the finalization of the plan, the Guangzhou South Railway Station area is about to usher in a new round of development "Great Speedup". At the conference, 12 projects including Guangzhou Overseas Chinese Town · Lianhua Bay Project and Evergrande Cultural & Sports Project were signed, with a total investment expected to exceed 100 billion yuan.

        At the recommendation conference, Panyu District send out an invitation to the whole world, sincerely inviting all sectors of society to actively participate in the development and construction of Guangzhou South Railway Station. Panyu District will spare no pains to build Guangzhou South Railway Station into a comprehensive cooperation gateway hub and modern service industry in Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao Greater Bay Area Demonstration area for coordinated development.
