Obtaining the right to sell 49% of shares owned by a renowned European engineering service provider

EBC successfully obtained the right from a strong European engineering service provider to sell 49% of its shares (with an estimated value of €30 million, or ¥220 million), and helped it establish an entity in China to expand business.
EBC helps it look for strategic investors before participating in its selling and marketing development. Both sides hope to incorporate Chinese investors that can provide domestic resources and networks.
According to its plan, in the coming 5 years, the engineering service provider will expand its service from the Pearl River Delta to the whole Guangdong Province and northwards to the Yangtze River Delta. Its turnover is expected to have a tenfold increase in the coming 5 years and reach €77,857,142.86 in the 5th year.
