EBC Attended the 2nd Global Summit Forum of Intelligent Manufacturing

On January 4th, 2017, the 2nd Global Summit Forum was hosted by the EeIE in the city of Shenzhen. This summit, aiming to “lead the interconnectivity of Intelligent Manufacturing,” centers on a series of topics like “Industry 4.0,” and “Made in China 2025.” Vice mayor of Shenzhen Chen Biao, chief of Bao’an District Yao Ren and other prominent leaders together with representatives of various circles attended this summit. The CSO of EBC, Zhang Wenbin was invited to attend this event. 

With the global manufacturing industry facing great challenges, the intelligent manufacturing has created a promising opportunity of today’s revolution. To lead this new technological and industrial transformation, the State Council enacted the project of Made in China in 2025, offering strategic guidelines for China’s future development. Under this national banner, the EeIA together with the Han’s Laser cohosted this forum. Both native and foreign experts launched a series of speeches, such as “The Direction of Chinese Industries under the Current Economic Situation,” “The Trend of Intelligent Manufacturing Development, and Recommendations for the Corporates,” “The Strategic Technologies of Intelligent Manufacturing and Robots.” Additionally, a list of honored enterprises was revealed during this forum. 

Subsequently, a seminar regarding the intelligent manufacturing in the Pearl River Delta was held. Vice President of the EeIE Shi Hao, and Vice General Manager of Han’s Laser Huang Xianghu participated in this seminar. Having registered for many domestic and international patents, Han’s Laser is the leading enterprise in Shenzhen’s intelligent manufacturing industry. This seminar discusses how the intelligent manufacturing in the Pearl River Delta can interact and cooperate with the guidance and assistance of the Han’s Laser. Several proposals have been passed during this discussion, attempting to achieve “resources sharing, information exchanging, mutual benefits and developments.” In accordance with these agreements and to strengthen the Sino-German Communication, our company will join the German pavilion in the 3rd  China’s Intelligent Manufacturing Exposition. Our Mr. Zhang Wenbin, the CSO of EBC signed the contract to confirm EBC’s participation to the 3rd expo. 

Following a series of speeches and discussion, the official shooting of a featured documentary named Craftsmen of Shenzhen was launched. Attempting to use the camera to demonstrate both traditional and innovational industries in Shenzhen, this documentary will focus on the growth of the Han’s Laser in its first episode. 

As a member of the EeIE, EBC has participated in the whole series of activities of this forum. Our representative Zhang Wenbin also contributed his suggestions for the future development of intelligent manufacturing in the Pearl River Delta. EBC’s attendance of this event has tightened our relationships with many other companies, and has laid a good foundation for our future development in Chinese market.
