EBC signed M&A Authorization Agreement with Guangdong Zhong Rong Ying Tai Investment Management Ltd

European Buyer Council AG (EBC) has hold a meeting with Guangdong Zhong Rong Ying Tai Investment Management Ltd.(ZRYT) on 19. October. This meeting mainly focused on the Merger and Acquisition of ZRYT in Europe. Participants include Clemens Hanser, Executive Client Manager of EBC, Mike Mu, Client Manager of EBC, Xu Zhimin, Vice GM & Director of Risk Control ZRYT and Guo Jinfeng.

ZRYT is an investment firm which specializes in private securities fund, security research and refinance. It planned to utilize the strategy of M&A to achieve a leadership position in its relevant high-tech industries and is therefore searching for potential investment targets in Europe, especially in Germany. 

EBC will serve as consultant for the ZRYT to search for the potential targets in Europe and their relevant essential profiles and support ZRYT to finally select the suitable targets in a professional manner. 

EBC and ZRYT have signed the Authorization Agreement in this meeting which allows EBC to start with the work of seeking for suitable M&A objects.
