The way of building the products

Every product of Junye starts at the R&D department where engineers and product designers creates precise 3D graphics for every product.
The degree of innovation is displayed in the figure of 150 new developed designs, which are created every year.
The constant developing of new ideas, design drafts and technology development is the reason why Junye is one of the leading flatware manufacturers in China.

High-quality products are made of the best materials.
Junye offers a wide range of different stainless steel and plastic raw material. Customer can choose which kind of raw material fits perfectly to their requirements.
Materials are only offered by sustainable and resource-efficient suppliers, which are putting their focus on fair production.

Manufacturing

The two-production bases cover an area of over 80.000 sqm and have a monthly capacity of 19 million pieces.
The workshop consists of 12 assembling lines, 278 press machines, 48 oil press machines, 476 semi-automatic polishing machines, 40 automatic polishing machines, 20 injection machines to name only a few of Junye´s huge production equipment.
All molds are designed and created in house and are together with the latest production technologies a key advantage of Junye.
1400 skilled workers guarantee precision in every step of production process till the high-quality protection product is completed.

The QA department is at the same time the final and one of the most important steps in Junye`s management philosophy.
To strengthen the overall quality Junye has over 60 employees, which following strict quality procedures and modern testing machines are permanent in use.
Satisfaction of customer’s needs passed international certificates and high-end products are the result.
