The way of building the products
PRODUCT DEVELOPING
- Every product of ihouse starts at the R&D department, where engineers and product designers create precise 3D graphics for every product.
- The degree of innovation is displayed in the figure of 50 new developed designs, which are created every year.
- The frequent developing of new colors, special surfaces and technical features is the reason why the ihouse brand is one of the leaders at the global bin market.
Raw Material
- High-quality products are made of the best materials.
- iHouse uses raw materials like PP, ABS, S/S 410 and S/S 430.
- The materials exclusively come from sustainable and resource-efficient suppliers as well as fair production (PAHs).
Manufacturing
- The production base covers an area of 33.000 sqm and has a monthly capacity of 600.000 pieces.
- The workshop consists of 12 assembling lines, 40 injection molding machines including double-color injection machines and 240 NCT punching machines.
- 540 skilled workers guarantee precision in every step of the production process till the high-quality household products are completed.
Quality Control
- The QA department is the final and one of the most important steps in Jiangmen Foreign Trade Group`s management philosophy.
- To strengthen the overall quality, modern testing machines and strict checking procedures are permanent in use.
- The results are satisfied international clients because of consistent delivery of high-end products.
